FA 01 Smaragd Ultralight/microlight
The Smaragd is a high-tech modern microlight/ultralight fitting into various national categories. We offer this fine aircraft with either abt. 10 or 9 m wingspan, 80 or 100 hp engine made mby Rotax or Jabiru. You may select from nose wheel or tail-dragger, with glider towing clutch an much more. Made in Germany. Enjoy the range of abt 1,600 km in a real wide cabin, knowing that a lot of carbon fibre is around you and the glas fibre wings re-define aerodynamics and efficiency. Cruise at abt. 200-220 km/h (107-119 kts) while checking your indivual cockpit with a lot of different layouts.

Prices and options
Prices are a complex subject, especially in the ultralight market. These aircrafts are in most cases weight sensitive and options increase the price and decrease payload. So a cheaper aircraft may do a better job here - depending on what you want and what you are allowed to want. Please calculate abt 57,000 to 75,000 excl. VAT. If you are coming from a country that allows 275 kg max empty weight, your price range will be in the 57,000 to 60,000 range only. That's exactly the point where we need a lot of talking in order to get your aircraft equiped in a way you are happy and the legal stuff is satisfied as well.
